I hope everyone is well and managed to avoid the flooding that hit the region over the last few weeks, I can’t remember seeing devastation quite like it. I was glad to have been in the Land Rover when visiting the Calder Valley and even managed to lend a hand recovering some stranded vehicles from the flood water.
I am pleased to report that our decision to move our monthly meet seems to have been a success. Our first Wednesday evening meet at the Manor saw the best turn out we have had in many months, sat in the main bar area felt much more relaxed and with the promise of some joint events and challenges with the Morgan Club it should be a positive step.
With what is quickly becoming a busy calender for the club, it will soon be time to pull the covers off the cars and fire them back into life from winter hibernation.
Our Regional TVRCC website is looking a little out of date and my apologies for that. I will be making a concerted effort to update this on a regular basis throughout the year with upcoming events for 2016 as well as adding some up to date photos to the gallery. If anyone has any photos from events/run’s out or photos of their own cars and you would like them added to our site please send them to
